Gisele Fetterman supports political events with pro-genocide apologists. On a social media post on March 19, 2025, the Prime Minister of Israel wrote "During the warm and friendly meeting, The Prime Minister and his wife thanked [Sen. John Fetterman] and his wife for their consistent support of Israel since the outbreak of the war." The post featured of photo of Gisele and John Fetterman posing with Benjamin and Sara Netanyahu in front of the emblem of Israel, an American flag and an Israeli flag.
During this visit, John Fetterman and Benjamin Netanyahu exchanged gifts with each other, including a silver-plated beeper to commemorate Israel's pager attacks on Lebanese civilians on September 17-18, 2024. According to Truthout, the war crime killed at least 67 people and injured about 4,000 people, including two children.
Gisele can be heard in the video of the gift exchange saying "Really?" in response to Netanyahu's description of the gift: "“The real beeper is like one-tenth the weight, it’s nothing, but it changes history.”
John Fetterman said "that when the story of the pagers broke, he “was like, ’oh, I love it.’”
With her spouse, Gisele Fetterman participates in community outreach and book promotion with U.S. Senator Dave McCormick, who shares John Fetterman's genocidal positions on Palestine.
